What documents do I need?

Most lenders follow a similar process when it comes to approving loans, so they generally need the same documentation.

To keep the process moving forward, it helps to bring the documents such as 100 points of ID, payslips, bank statements, rates notices, tax returns to the meeting with your broker. This can help fast-track your loan application.

How does the process work?
For a home loan we suggest:
  • Arrange a pre-approved loan
  • Find your property
  • Make an offer and sign a Contract of Sale
  • Appoint a conveyancer/solicitor
  • Pay the deposit
  • Make sure you have a cooling-off period
